Numbers, with the method attached.
Every figure on this page says who measured it, over what period, and against what baseline. If a result can't survive that, it isn't published — which is why this page names the fleets running on JoTrack and what each one uses it for, and what each figure is measured against.
Case Studies
Real fleets, and the part of the platform each of them leans on hardest.
Manaseer
Runs on speed compliance: over-speed violations and driving behaviour tracked across the fleet, so unsafe driving surfaces as an exception rather than a complaint.
Measured from JoTrack reports across 2025, against the same period in 2024.
Lafarge
Uses the full driver-behaviour picture — harsh braking, cornering and speed violations — on vehicles where load and site conditions make driving style a safety and maintenance issue at once.
Measured from JoTrack reports across 2025, against the same period in 2024.
IDCO
Reads fuel straight from the vehicle: CAN-bus integration feeding consumption analysis, so usage is measured from the engine rather than estimated from distance.
Measured from JoTrack reports across 2025, against the same period in 2024.
Del Monte
Fuel readings across a distribution fleet, giving the operations team a per-vehicle view of consumption instead of a single line on a monthly invoice.
How these get built
The reason most vendors have no case studies is not that results don't exist — it's that nobody owns the approval process. Here it is as four steps.
Query the platform for fleets with a clean before/after and a measurable delta. Shortlist five; expect three to decline.
Send the customer the exact figures and the method. Disputes happen here, at the cheapest point, not after publication.
“A 340-vehicle logistics operator” converts nearly as well as a logo and clears legal review far faster. Take it when the named version stalls.
Every approved study updates the assumptions behind the savings calculator, so the estimate stops being a guess.
Want to know what your own numbers would look like?
Run the estimate first, then bring it to a session with a specialist who will tell you which parts of it your fleet can realistically hit.
